Congratulations to our Junior Secondary and Senior Secondary teams for their strong performance in the Mathematical Modelling Competition for Secondary Students (MMCSS) 2025/26. Our Junior Secondary team earned the Second Runner-up title and book coupons, while our Senior Secondary team secured the Merit Award.

During the competition, teams were tasked with applying mathematical modelling to solve complex problems based on real-life scenarios. Working under a tight six-day deadline, our students demonstrated excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to complete their comprehensive written reports. The Junior Secondary team further showcased their knowledge and adaptability during the oral presentation and Q&A session in the final round.

Commissioned by the Education Bureau and organised by The Chinese University of Hong Kong, the competition provides a valuable platform for students to apply theoretical mathematics to practical challenges. We are incredibly proud of both teams for their hard work, innovative thinking, and teamwork.
