Congratulations to Tsui Tsz Hei, a dedicated member of our Red Cross Youth Unit, for being recognized for her outstanding service and community contributions. After a rigorous selection process, including interviews and workshops, she emerged as one of the top four outstanding members in the West Kowloon Division and was awarded the title of Outstanding Red Cross Youth of the Year (West Kowloon Division). 

Tsz Hei will now represent the division in the 2024 Hong Kong Outstanding Red Cross Youth of the Year selection.
