The 23rd AGM of Parent-Teacher Association cum Executive Committee and IMC Parent Manager Elections

The 23rd Annual General Meeting of Parent-Teacher Association was held on 14 October 2023. The AGM was followed by the Executive Committee and IMC Parent Manager elections.

More than 300 families joined us at the School Hall for the AGM, and their presence was greatly appreciated. Our principal extended his heartfelt gratitude to the members of the 22nd executive committee of the PTA for their unwavering support to the college. Ms. S. Y. Yeung, the former chairlady, presented a comprehensive report on a highly eventful and productive year of activities, ranging from preparing for the Teacher Appreciation Assembly, organizing parent-child outings, and sponsoring of professional study tours for teachers. Long service awards were presented to 8 parents to recognize their dedication and support throughout the years.

After the elections, parents of S1 students were cordially invited to attend the Secondary One Parents' Gathering. During this gathering, our Vice Principals offered detailed insights into school life, academic pursuits, and co-curricular activities. The session was followed by a class-sharing session with Form Teachers. Parents of students from S2 to S6 were invited to participate in the CUHK Admission Talk for JUPAS Applicants, presented by Professor Wong Ka Chat, the Director of Admission and Financial Aid from the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK).
