WYC student contributed to Hong Kong’s Historical Gold Medal win in the 2023 IIHF Ice Hockey Women's World Championship

The Hong Kong Women's Ice Hockey team has made history by winning the first-ever gold medal at the 2023 IIHF Women´s World Championship Division III Group A in Brasov, Romania on 10 April 2023. WYC is extremely excited and proud to welcome the Gold Medalist Ice Hockey Player, Li Ching Laam. As the youngest team member and a debutant, Ching Laam played a crucial role in the team’s success by scoring two critical goals in the championship. Well done to Ching Laam!

Congratulations to the Hong Kong team and Ching Laam for their achievements, and thank you for making us proud!
